The Brief: Initially we met Cooper and Tanner while they were embarking on an update of their brand, to simplify, streamline and clarify the message.
Our response: Working with the client we took their communications elements and updated the branding and messages in line with the new positioning. We helped them roll out the new brand to sales literature, marketing information, websites and email, online and social media marketing. We continue to update and design new items as and when the need arises.
Read All About it… The Labour of Love: One of our ongoing projects is the Cooper and Tanner newspaper. Initially starting out in July 2017 at 24 pages of a mix of editorial and property pages, Property and Auction News has grown to 32 pages to make room for the recently acquired offices in Bridgewater, Cheddar and Wedmore.
MyAudience designed the initial layout for the newspaper, working with the publisher to get it to print and out on the street. We then created online templates on our Storefront Web to Print system. This means that while Quintyn and his team supply the bespoke content – the cover ideas, adverts and editorial content, the individual branches are able to complete their branch property pages online which we then collate into the main design files. The process is now streamlined and organised. With Client, Branch, Design Team and Printer all knowing what they need to do when, everything works pretty much seamlessly.
What they said about us: “My Audience provided crucial advice and design during our re-branding. As anyone who has gone through a re-branding exercise will know, it can be difficult to achieve your own vision whilst at the same time recognising the needs of the commercial environment at the time. My Audience were able to be both supportive and positively critical at the same time. They now assist us in producing our own newspaper – I am immensely protective of this publication and My Audience never fail to deliver the quality that I demand. Use them, you will not regret it.”
